Kernel Hearts Dolce — Fourth MAHOU Unit

The squad’s fourth member — play what the select screen shows, not what a wiki guesses.

Last updated:

Dolce

Dolce is the fourth M.A.H.O.U. unit in every official squad shot: Fernet, Spika, Laika, and Dolce climbing Babel together. Her name is Italian for “sweet.” Steam even ran a “VERY IMPORTANT DOLCE ANNOUNCEMENT” header, which is the studio telling you she is not a background NPC.

This page will not invent a weapon, a spell list, or a damage ranking to look complete. Fernet, Spika, and Laika have public spell names because demo players and community pages recorded them. Dolce’s kit is thinner in third-party writeups. Your character select screen, command list, and training dummy are the patch notes that matter.

Roster: players hub. Contrast: Laika (who has a stated soft spot for her), Fernet, Spika.

What we can say without lying

  • She is playable as part of the four-unit fantasy, not a guest fighter.
  • Launch marketing treats the squad as a set. Co-op of four named girls is the pitch in co-op.
  • Demo gating may hide her behind progress, same as other non-Fernet units. If she is grey, play the units you have and check again after a shop. Demo walkthrough.
  • Story: Laika’s bio is the only widely copied relationship flag. Do not turn that into a romance route table.
  • Visuals on key art: the blonde-forward face on some capsules is the one people point at when they say “that’s Dolce.” Confirm with the in-game model name. Trailer lighting lies.

How to learn her in thirty minutes

  1. Open training. Note weapon silhouette, light, heavy, dodge, two spells if the UI shows them.
  2. Write the spell names down. If this wiki is behind your client, the client wins.
  3. Take her into Folktale Fields with a fast clear plan. Do not greedy-linger on an unknown recovery.
  4. One pack: does she want to be inside (Spika-like) or outside (Fernet-like) or planted (Laika-like)? That answer is her tier slot, not a YouTuber’s.
  5. Shop chips that feed that habit. Chips and builds.
  6. Only then take her into a four-stack. Unknown kits in a high curse are how friends get mad. Combat.

Co-op role until we know more

Until a spell list is public, treat Dolce as flex. If her tools look ranged, she is the Pixip person. If they look melee, she is second carry beside Spika. If they look support, she is the one who watches the transformation clock. Do not assign her “healer” because the name means sweet. Nothing in the store copy says this game has a dedicated healer class.

Why this page exists anyway

Search demand for “Kernel Hearts Dolce” will spike with the Steam announcement header and launch week. An honest page that sends you to training is more useful than a fake combo chart. After September 17, this article should gain a kit table the way Fernet already has Koka and Raiquen. Until then, the honest build is: unlock her, lab her, then decide.

Demo gating and the Steam header: how to unlock units. If you only have room for one main, it is still Fernet. If you have room for a fourth, it is Dolce — because the unit is four people, and the Tower is not a solo novel.

Tier list will keep her in a “needs lab time” band until numbers exist. Getting Started if you have not met the Creator yet. Updates for the Dolce announcement and demo patches.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you climb the Tower of Babel.

Is Dolce playable?

Yes. She is the fourth advertised MAHOU unit. Demo builds may gate her. Check character select.

What is Dolce’s weapon?

Use the in-game command list. Public third-party pages do not have a stable, complete kit the way they do for Fernet, Spika, and Laika.

Should I main Dolce for launch?

Main her if her training dummy feels good. Do not main her because a banner said VERY IMPORTANT. Learn Folktale Fields on Fernet first.

Does Laika buff Dolce?

Laika’s profile mentions a soft spot. That is story tone, not a documented pairing bonus. Play them together because you like both kits.
